It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Mark Alan Newman (Dartmouth, Nova Scotia), who passed away on April 5, 2026, at the age of 56, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his grandparents, Carman, Joan Reid, Donald and Annie Newman. He is survived by: his fiancé Tracy Nicholson; his partner's daughter Sophie; his parents, Alan Newman and Diana Newman; his sisters, Denise Lane (Deron) and Lori Newman; and his nephews, Owen and Garret Lane. He is also survived by many aunts, uncles and cousins.
In lieu of flowers donations can be made to either Bethel Baptist church or the Canadian Cancer Society.
