He was predeceased by: his parents, Constable Patrick Willis Jones and Mary Eva Jones; his brothers, Elmer and Percy Jones; his former wife Carol Ann Jones; and his son Daniel Jones (Denise).

He is survived by: his sisters, Mona Woodworth (Lester), Phyllis Norman (Gerry), Cheryl Bowman (Syd) and Cheryl Burton (Jack); his sons, Anthony Jones (Gail), Peter Jones (Mary) and Paul Jones (Sylvia); his daughter-in-law Denise Jones; his grandchildren, Vanessa Jones (Aaron), Lynette Jones, Patrick Jones (Hayley), Eric Gould (Laura), Jonathan Jones (Arielle) and Adam Smith (Amanda); and his great grandchildren, Blake Greencorn, Sullivan Jones, Parker Jones and Grace Babineau.
