With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Mary Goobie (Dartmouth, Nova Scotia), born in Avondale, Newfoundland, who passed away on October 4, 2019 at the age of 96. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Mary Goobie to pay them a last tribute.
She was predeceased by: her husband Wallace "Ren" Rension Goobie; her parents, Helen Kennedy and George Kennedy; and her siblings, Katherine, George, Margaret, Joseph, Dorothy and John.
She is survived by: her children, Margaret, Charles Goobie (Olive) and Gerald Goobie (Janet); her grandchildren, Natalie Stirling-Sanders (Mike), Phillip Stirling (Nancy), Meghan Mochulski (David), Claire Goobie (Matthew), Alanna Goobie (Kevin) and Gillian Goobie (Sean); and her great grandchildren, Ryan Stirling, Ella Stirling, Ayrton Sanders, Bailey Sanders and Lucius Mochulski.
