Mary Kathleen Kennedy Obituary

We are sad to announce that on July 30, 2025, at the age of 69, Mary Kathleen Kennedy of Dartmouth, Nova Scotia, born in Kentville, Nova Scotia passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, W. Ralph Lewis and Myrtle Lewis (Sanford); and her stepmother Lucy Lewis. She is survived by: her husband Don Kennedy; her children, Elizabeth Lavender (Alex) and Bill Kennedy (Andrea); her granddaughters, Olivia and Lily; and her siblings, David (Lina), Virginia Clark (Don) and Tom (Pam).

In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations can be made to either Hope for Wildlife or Cobequid Wildlife Rehabilitation Centre.
