We are sad to announce that on February 1, 2022, at the age of 81, Melville Gordon Rogers of Dartmouth, Nova Scotia, born in Truro, Nova Scotia passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Melville Sr. Rogers and Clara Rogers; his former wife Dorothy Williams; his sisters, Madeline, Donna and Cheryl; and also Marilyn.
He is survived by: his wife Paulette; his stepdaughters, Trina and Jenine Glasgow; his daughter Joanne Dooley; his grandchildren, Johnathon, Mark, Raylene, Brandon and Jamal (Adrianne); his great grandchildren, Izaiah and Zariyah; his sister Linda Shunamon; and his sisters-in-law, Colleen Cameron (Rod), Airdaire and Alberta. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
Due to covid, a celebration of life on Thursday, February 10, 2022, at 11 am, Holy Trinity Emmanual Church, Dartmouth, for family only.
