With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Mervyn Phillips (Dartmouth, Nova Scotia), who passed away on February 27, 2021 at the age of 90. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Mervyn Phillips to pay them a last tribute.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Albert Phillips and Mary Phillips (Jones); his former wife Evelyn (Kerr) of Halifax; his son Don; his brother Herbert (Gladys); his niece Judy; and his brothers, John Allan (Katherine Kerr) and Bob (June Ward).

He is survived by: his wife Elizabeth (Bartosch); his daughters, Heather Praught (Mike) and Deborah Rodgers (Kent); his daughter-in-law Peg Phillips; his sisters, Christine Allan and Anna Meston; his sister-in-law Betty Brown (Norman); his grandchildren, Cory Phillips (Ashley), Karen Clark (Joe), Andrew Praught (Monica), Christopher Rodgers (Meghan), Ali Praught and Ben Rodgers (Rebecca); his great grandchildren, Isla, Sadie, Emerson Phillips and Kianna Clark; his stepson Michael Botchett (Tracey); his stepgrandsons, Jacob, Dylan and Gabriel; his sisters, Stephanie Boekamp (late Konrad) and Hertta Evans (late Art); and also, Deborah Jones (Glyn) and Allison. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
