He was predeceased by: his father Leigh; and his granddaughter Nora. He is survived by: his wife Kathy; his mother Joan; his brother Craig (Barbara); his children, Adam (Jessica) and Rebecca (Danny); his stepsons, Matthew and Jonathan; and his grandson Tucker.
