She was predeceased by: her parent Rodney Clark Newton; her former husbands, James William Chase and Bradford Foster Tupper; and her siblings, Vera Lillian, Florence Marjorie, Joan Kathleen, June Marie, John Rodney, Clark Frederick and Rodney Clark.
She is survived by: her parent Mary Ann Newton (Briant); her children, Anna Paulette Whitman (David) of Paradise and Richard Tupper (Elizabeth) of Dartmouth; her brother Norman Newton (Jan) of Belleville, ON; her grandchildren, Cathy Wheeler (Greg) of Nictaux, Lori Price (Peter) and Nicole Sharpe (Brad); and her great grandchildren, Haley, Kristen, Grayson, Dillon and Sydney. She is also survived by nieces and nephews.
