He is survived by: his wife Patricia (Martin); his children, Stephen (Heather), Bill (Sandy) and Theresa Crocker (Barry); his grandchildren, Erin (Nicolas), Colin (Savannah), April (Mathew Chappell), Sean (Patricia) and David (Rachel); and his great grandchildren, Alice and Weston.
