She was predeceased by: her parents, John Clarence DeBay and Mary Debay (Awalt). She is survived by: her children, Kyla Lynn Marie DeBay and Justin Robert Alexander DeBay; her close friend Joseph Rhynold; and her siblings, Marion DeBay, Marilyn DeBay, David DeBay, Tom DeBay and Francis DeBay. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews, and cousins.
