With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Nedilca Freeborn (Dartmouth, Nova Scotia), who passed away on January 4, 2022 at the age of 84. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Michael Osborne and Annie Osborne (Grandy); and her siblings, George Osborne, Halifax Charlie Osborne (Jean), Tryphenia Pelletier and Dora Taylor.

She is survived by: her sons, Kenneth (Deborah), Michael (John "Poppy Jack") and Martin; and her brother Jack "Bernie" Osborne of Halifax. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.

Donations may be made to the Canadian Cancer Society, Heart and Stroke Foundation or the IWK Foundation.
