He was predeceased by: his parents, Moyle Slaunwhite and Gladys Slaunwhite (Boutlier); his son Philip Slaunwhite (Lynn); and his sister Lorraine Bachman (Earl). He is survived by: his wife Shirley (Galton); his son Joel Slaunwhite (Ann); his brothers, Randy (Darlene) and Leonard Slaunwhite (late Milley); his grandchildren, Matthew, Sarah Slaunwhite (Joel), Holly and Erin Slaunwhite (Philip); and his great grandchildren, Nathan Perrin-Slaunwhite (Matthew) and Thomas Slaunwhite (Holly).
