He was predeceased by: his parents, Peter McInnis and Lucinda McInnis (MacDonald); and his siblings, Ann, Marie, Florence, Ronald and Murtagh.
He is survived by: his wife Leah (DesRoches); and his sisters, Rita McGowan, Lucinda Martin and Irene MacRae. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
