He was predeceased by: his parents, Norman Percy Nelson Senior and Mildred Cynthia Penney. He is survived by: his wife Margaret; his siblings, Stella, Ruth and Phillip; and his children, Kenneth (Sandra), Peter (Tina), Lisa and Andy (Carrie). He is also survived by his 9 grandchildren.
