It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Ora Peter Harkins of Dartmouth, Nova Scotia, born in Dominion, Nova Scotia, who passed away on August 29, 2023, at the age of 85, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, George Harkins and Mary Harkins (Vanderover); his brother Gary; his former wife Eileen; his daughter Amber; and his wife Donna.
He is survived by: his niece Judy D'Amicantonio (Tony); his nephew James Harkins (Brenda); his great-niece Marina Victoria (Jessie); his great-nephew David D'Amicantonio (Valerie); and his stepchildren, Kelly Steeves and Michelle Steeves-Wall. He is also survived by many friends and neighbors.
