He was predeceased by: his parent Thomas McCarthy. He is survived by: his parent Amelia McCarthy (Rose); his wife Agnes (Lunde); his sons, Andrew and Matthew (Trina); his granddaughter Chloe; and his siblings, Tom (Betty) and Helen Cross (Butch). He is also survived by several nieces, nephews and cousins.
