She was predeceased by: her parent Leslie Butler; her husband Daniel Maddox; her son Daniel Russell Maddox; her grandson Sean; and her siblings, Ernest, Harry, Clifford, Charles, Rufus, Russell, Harris, Hilda, Alice, Helen and Mary.
She is survived by: her parent Mary Ellen Butler (Arenburg); her daughter Shirley Cox (Norm Dodgson); her daughter-in-law Karen Murphy; her grandsons, Wayne Cox, Danny Maddox and John O'Leary; and her brother Robert Butler. She is also survived by 3 great grandsons and 3 great granddaughters, 3 great great grand children.
