He was predeceased by: his parent John P.. He is survived by: his parent Phylis Soo (Bolton); his wife Theresa; his children, Michael and Lauren Hogan (Michael); and his brothers, David (Mariejosie) and Stewart. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
