She was predeceased by: her parents, Forrest Jardine and Gladys Jardine (Langan); her brothers, Lindon Jardine and Sterling Jardine; her nephew Kevin Jardine; her father-in-law Howard; and her siblings-in-law, Marjorie Estey, Burton Estey and Wayne Creaser.

She is survived by: her husband Harold Thompson; her children, Beth Tenwolde (Peter), Blaine Thompson (Jen), Brad Thompson (Lisa), Brent Thompson (Lorraine) and Dave Thompson (Rachael Currie); her grandchildren, Jordan, Alana, Melanie, Julia, Mitchell, Jack, Emma, Nick, Dan, April, Rylan and Ayden; her great grandchildren, Elijah and Amayah; her siblings, Faye Hicks (Otis) and Rick Jardine (Lynn); her sisters-in-law, Joan and Shirley Creaser; her aunt Patricia; and her mother-in-law Pauline Thompson. She is also survived by cousins, and many nieces and nephews.

Following Covid regulations, proof of double vaccination and masks are required.

In lieu of flowers, donations can be made in her honor to the Alzheimer Society or the IWK Foundation.
