She was predeceased by: her parents, Harry Brewster and Eva Brewster; her husband Aubrey Hawley; her daughter Ruth Smith (George); her son-in-law Ralph Fowler; and her grandsons, Thomas Edwards, Tommy Smith and Tony Smith.
She is survived by: her children, Marie Glines (Jim), Aubrey Jr. (Peggy) of Holtville, NB, Sharon Dugas (Charles), John Hawley (Isabelle), Darlene Munn (Hardie) of Holtville, NB and Brenda Fowler (Ralph) of Lincoln, NB.; her granddaughter Wanda; and her caregivers, Rowena, Regina, Laura and Wanda. She is also survived by 34 grandchildren, 60 great-grandchildren and 22 great-great-grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Nova Scotia SPCA society.
