He was predeceased by: his parents, Ralph Mullins Senior and Ethel Maude Mullins (Harding). He is survived by: his wife Olive; his children, Miranda and Jeff; and his grandchildren, Cameron and Ricky. He is also survived by his brothers, sisters and many loving family and friends.

In lieu of flowers donations may be made to the Canadian Cancer Society or the Heart and Stroke Foundation.
