It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Richard Alexander Mills of Dartmouth, Nova Scotia, born in Almonte, Ontario, who passed away on September 23, 2021, at the age of 82, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Frank Mills and Winnifred Mills; his brother Charlie Mills; and his parents-in-law, Francis and Helene Bellefontaine.

He is survived by: his wife Sharon Mills Née Bellefontaine; his children, Robert Mills (Kim) and Lynn Mills; his granddaughter Shayna Mills; and his siblings, Elizabeth Galt (Pat), David Mills, Paul Mills (Fay), Michael Mills (Linda), Nora Mills and Frances Mills. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
