He is survived by: his parents, Robert Carroll and Cathy Carroll; his wife Cynthia Carroll; his children, Alexandra, Rachael and Cory (Melissa); his brothers, Dale (Cheryl) and Craig (Cindy); his nephews, Dallin and Evan; and his parents-in-law, George and Marilyn Wotton.
