He was predeceased by: his parents, Stephen Smith and Louise Smith (LeBlanc); and his sisters, Betty Smith and Patsy LeBlanc. He is survived by: his close friend Debbie Blanche; his daughter Lori Allison (Derek); his stepdaughters, Kelly Wilson and Brandi Blanche (Ashley); his grandchildren, Ethan Allison, Danica Allison and Saege Wilson; his sister Gail Brooks; and his former spouse Pat Smith.
