He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Henry Stanley Benjamin and Veta (Collicutt) of Brookfield; his wife Verna Lockhart; his children, Elinor (Ron Richards) and Ian (Debbie Denton); his grandsons, Sean of Saint John, NB and Trevor; his great grandchild Maya; his sister-in-law Doris Lockhart; and his siblings, Shirley Benjamin, Joyce Gorton and Brian. He was also cherished by many nieces, nephews and cousins.
Benjamin, Robert Manning Jun 17, 2019, age 97, died peacefully, with family and friends beside him, at Camp Hill Veterans' Hospital, from advanced Alzheimer's disease.
