He was predeceased by: his mother Dorothy Jean Balcom. He is survived by: his father Raymond Dibbon; his stepmother Carole Dibbon (Economy); his sisters, Chrissy (Charlie) of Debert, NS and Cathy of Chase, BC; his half-brother Billy (BC); and his siblings' children, Justin (Debert), Timothy (Prince George) and Amanda of Port Hardy, BC.
