He was predeceased by: his parents, George Turner and Gladys Turner (Kuhn); his son David; his siblings, Shirley and Merlin; and his sister-in-law Avis Edmonds.
He is survived by: his son Derek (Tammy); his wife Joan (Arnold); his daughter Beth MacKinnon Mineville (Scott); his grandchildren, Jake, Molly MacKinnon, Karly and Cole Turner; and his sister-in-law Carol Turner. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
