She was predeceased by: her parents, Celestino Cardona and Aurea Cardona; and her brother Francisco Cardona. She is survived by: her husband Bern; her children, Natalie and Jason; her grandchildren, Isaac and Georgia; her siblings, Fe Cardona of Vermont, Leticia Acosta of Florida, Cleofe of Vera and Medardo Cardona (Ginette) of Montreal; and her sister-in-law Margarita. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.

Due to Covid 19 restrictions, a private funeral service will be held in St. Peter Parish with interment in Dartmouth Memorial Gardens.
