Rose Marie (Doucette) Ellis Obituary
With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Rose Marie (Doucette) Ellis of Dartmouth, Nova Scotia, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on July 13, 2025. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Avite Doucette and Elizabeth "Lizer" Doucette (Frotten); her siblings, Emilie Thombs, Evelyn Muise, Lorraine Vacon, Freddie Doucette and Delbert Doucette; and her cousin Gertrude.
She is survived by: her husband Richard; her sons, Robert Ellis (Sandie) and Darrell Ellis (Judy); her grandchildren, Angela Ellis, Maxx Ellis and Serenity Ellis; her siblings, Vivian Landry (Danny) of Amirault's Hill, Flavien Doucette (Dorothy), Belleville and Elizabeth Jacquard (Kenneth); and her sisters-in-law, Genevieve Doucette and Joyce Cottreau.
A burial will be held on Friday, July 18th 2025 from 1:00 PM to 1:15 PM at the Dartmouth Memorial Gardens (767 Main St, Dartmouth, NS B2W3T9).
In lieu of flowers, donations in Marie's name may be made to the Alzheimer Society of Nova Scotia or a charity of your choice.
