He was predeceased by: his parents, James O'Brien and Ellen O'Brien; and his siblings, Nancy Mackinnon and Daniel O'Brien. He is survived by: his wife Janet O'Brien; and his grandchildren, Dani Chenault (Parker) and Taylor Chadwick. He is also survived by his wife, children and grandchildren.
