He was predeceased by: his parents, Vincent White and Florence White (Burgess); his brothers, Maurice, Nelson and Terry; and his siblings-in-law, Linda and Royce.

He is survived by: his close friend Catherine Chapman; his children, Devon (Samantha) and Natasha; his pet Stella; his siblings, Paul (Marie), Murray (Sharon) and Gwen Wood; and his sister-in-law Donna. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews and extended family.
