She was predeceased by: her parents, James Leslie and Catherine Leslie (MacEachern); her husband William Strople; and her siblings, James, Ralph, Donald, Dorothy and Phyllis.
She is survived by: her daughter Catherine; her son-in-law Frankie Lowe; and her significant other Shih Tzu. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to Spay Day Nova Scotia, CARMA- Cat Rescue Maritimes (Antigonish Chapter), or an animal rescue of choice.
