We are sad to announce that on February 29, 2024, at the age of 76, Sandra Carolyn Helpard (Dartmouth, Nova Scotia), born in Halifax, Nova Scotia passed away. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Sandra Carolyn Helpard to pay them a last tribute.

She was predeceased by : her parents, Adeline Eizabeth Aucoin (Jennex) and Joseph Victor Jeffrey; her husband Ronald "Butch" Helpard; and her siblings, Colleen and Joe.

She is survived by : her sons, Jason Bradley Helpard (Stacey) and Ronald (Crystal); her grandchildren, James, Jakob, Toby, Logan, Sophia, London, Payton, Hailey and Lydia; and her siblings, Theresa, Gloria, April, Richard, Wayne and Victor.

In lieu of flowers, Sandra's family asks that donations be made in her name to the Alzheimer Society of Canada.
