She is survived by: her husband Max Chauvin; her father Ken Toohey; her mother-in-law Peggy Chauvin; her sister Susan Toohey; her nephew Matthew Friesen; her brother Stephen Toohey; her sister-in-law Kathy Toohey; her nephew Josh; her niece Emma Toohey; and her friends, Lou Ann, Karen and Angela. She is also survived by many extended family members, friends.
In place of flowers, memorial donations may be made to Save the Children or the Canadian Cancer Society, two causes that were close to Sandra's heart for many years.
