Throughout the years, the occasional times I got to see Sandy or talk on the phone were always a highlight. She was always so full of fun, of mischief, of laughter. Generous in how she saw others. So kind. She lit up whatever place that she was in. She was a lovable girl, teen, woman. I am so very sorry for your loss.”
