It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Sandra Ellen Wood (Dartmouth, Nova Scotia), born in Halifax, Nova Scotia, who passed away on February 8, 2020, at the age of 82, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, George Sigston and Dorothy Sigston (Siggins); and her brother Ron. She is survived by: her husband Lorne Wood; her children, Dennis (Nancy) and Denise Corkum (Frank Young); her granddaughters, Sara, Rhonda, Hannah, Jennifer and Catherine; her stepgranddaughters, Donna and Cindy; her great grandchildren, Lucas, Ryan, Paige, Zoey and Lorraine; her goddaughter Jill Cote; her cousins, Marilyn McShane, David Sigston and George Sigston; her sisters-in-law, Doris MacDonald, Ina Gould and Joan Sigston; and her close friend Scooter.
