She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Ram Lal Varma and Vidya Vati Varma; her daughters, Rekha, Renu and Rita; her siblings, Sarla Nigam, Suresh and Surendra Varma; and her husband Dr. Prakash Chandra Nigam. She was also cherished by husbands and her seven grandchildren.
