He is survived by: his wife Doreen Stevens Sanford; his children, Nina Burke (Stephen) of Beaver and Steven Sanford; his grandchildren, Lorelei and Harrison; his brother Bryce Sanford (Lorraine) of Dartmouth, NS; Kimberly of Milton, ON. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
