We are sad to announce that on October 16, 2020, at the age of 78, Seymour Grant (Dartmouth, Nova Scotia), born in North Preston, Nova Scotia passed away. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by : his parents, William Grant and Mable Grant (Simmonds); his wife Velda; and his siblings, Richard, Moses, George, Harold, Russell, Pearl Sparks, Madeline Drummond, Elizabeth Whynder (Murphy Simmonds) and Matilda Johnson.

He is survived by : his children, Derrick Dartmouth (Irene), George Spryfield (Elizabeth), Seymour Jr. (Nicole), Juleous, Markeem Toronto, Lionel Smith Dartmouth (Tina), Sindy Brown of Toronto, Dana Provo (Brian) of Toronto, Carol (Cordell) of Toronto and Rhonda Dartmouth; his siblings, Priscilla Smith of North Preston, Laura Beals of North Preston, Joanne, Barrie, Howard North Preston (Debra), William East Preston (Donna) and Wade; and his goddaughter Nicole Fraser.
