Sheilagh Catherine Groom Obituary
It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Sheilagh Catherine Groom of Dartmouth, Nova Scotia, who passed away on April 2, 2023, at the age of 59, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Phillip LaPier and Hellen Clarke; her stepfather Bradford Clarke; and her half-brother Ian LaPier. She is survived by: her husband Jeff; her daughter Jennifer Carey (Brad); her grandchildren, Ryan and Kelsey Carey; and her siblings, Phillip LaPier (Phyllis), Dianne Lapier (Denis) and Donna Lapier. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews, brothers-in-law, sisters-in-law, cousins and friends.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Canadian Diabetic Association.
