It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Shirley Ann MacNeil of Dartmouth, Nova Scotia, born in Sydney Mines, Nova Scotia, who passed away on January 24, 2022, leaving to mourn family and friends. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Arthur Blinkhorn and Agnes Blinkhorn; her daughter Harriet Ann; and her brother Lawrence. She is survived by: her husband Lloyd MacNeil (Tom); her children, Lloyd Francis, Leslie Ann (William McInall) and Tanya Joy (Paul Birmingham); her grandchildren, Emma, Cameron, Hannah, Ethan and Ryan; and her siblings, Lorraine Nugent, Gloria Bona, Mary Nearing, Marcella O'Brien, Doreen Pentecost, Harry, Bernard, William, David and Robert. She is also survived by nieces and nephews.

Due to Covid-19 restrictions, there will be no public funeral or gathering.
