We are sad to announce that on May 3, 2025, Shirley Isabel Gillespie of Dartmouth, Nova Scotia passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Wilfred Robicheau and Rossie Robicheau (Silver); her husband Douglas Gillespie; her son Donald Gillespie; and her siblings, Arnold "Ted", Thomas "Wayne", Isaiah "Ike", Wilfred Jr. "Billy", Harley, Stanley Robicheau, Joyce Farris, Thelma Hartford, Olive "Sis" Kelly, Nancy and Frances Robicheau.

She is survived by: her daughters, Susan Belanger (Serge) and Patty Los (Evon) of Ottawa, ON; her daughter-in-law Linda Gillespie (Greenwich); her grandchildren, Donnie, Kelly Gillespie, Daniel, Deanne Belanger, Alexander, Nikkie and Kathryn Los; her great grandchildren, Jasmine, Douglas, Dawson, Jaydon, Connor and Ophelia; and her siblings, Doug Robicheau (Loretta), June Mersereau (late Lebarron "Barry"), Sackville and Nora Saulnier (Andrew). She is also survived by many nieces, nephews and a large extended family.
