She was predeceased by: her parents, William Nethery and Margaret Nethery (Stewart); her mother-in-law Mary Bowes; her sisters, Maggie Boland and May Young; her brothers-in-law, Rick Young and Ray Eaton; her nephew Rick Young; and her great-nephew Eli Young.

She is survived by: her husband Steve Bowes; her pet Milo; her siblings, Roberta Eaton, Anne Young (Rick) and Stewart; her siblings-in-law, Leo Boland, Cheryl Kempton, Ted Bowes, Dale Bowes (Jayne) and David Bowes; her close friend Karen Skinner (Darrell); and her nieces, Ayleen Wilson and Sherry Bowes. She is also survived by many nephews, nieces, great-nephews, great-nieces.
