He is survived by: his parents, Boyd MacKenzie and Lynn MacKenzie (Perry); his stepfather Brian Almon; his friend Barbara Snow; his siblings, Chris and Tara MacKenzie; and his aunts and uncles, Joanne Samson, Elva Han, Pam, Paula Perry, Nancy Keough, Tammy Wynn Perry, David, Jay Perry and George MacKenzie.
In lieu of flowers a donation to a mental health organization would be greatly appreciated.
