He was predeceased by: his parents, Bill Middleton and Lillian Middleton. He is survived by: his wife Nadine; his son Tim (Rhonda); his stepchildren, Vincent Henneberry and Mary Henneberry; his stepgrandchildren, Matthew, Brittani, Nick and Chelsie; and his grandson Beau.
