He was predeceased by: his parents, Harold Clarke and Beryl Clarke. He is survived by: his wife Joanne Clarke-Laverick; his children, Erica Hatherly (Craig), Corey Laverick, Holli Laverick and Alysha Laverick; and his grandchildren, Kaileigh, Autumn, Davaunt, Amber, Myleigha and Keaten. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
