He was predeceased by: his parents, Ralph Burke and Annie Burke; his stepson Richard Warnell; and his brothers, Kevin, Bruce and Richard.
He is survived by: his wife Betty Burke; his stepdaughter Tanya Warnell; his daughter Lindsay Leslie; his grandson Luka; and his siblings, Linda Binder, Joanne England and Brent Burke.
