He is survived by: his wife Frances Sparks-Riley; his sons, Dominic of Dartmouth, Ricardo of Dartmouth and Ashley of Dartmouth; his siblings, Elizabeth Drummond (Gilford), Lena O'Malley (Brian), Regina Bishop (Henry), Cynthia Riley of Montreal, Brenda Riley of Lake Loon, William "Billy" Riley, Victor Riley of Dartmouth, David Wyse of Vancouver and Nolan Sparks; his aunts, Ruby Bundy and Mona Sparks; his godmother Julia Sparks; and his close friends, Wesley Beals, Morgan Cain, Rossy Crawley, Joseph Ryan, Art Doherty, David Sparks, Marlon Sparks, Fulton Grant, Tony Grosse, Arnold Sparks, Tony Sparks and Parker Sparks.
