She was predeceased by: her husband John Carruthers (Jack); her parents, Helen Frances Murray (Scott) and John David Murray; her siblings, Mabel Murray, Helen Fraser, Dorrie Fullerton and Scott Murray; and her brothers-in-law, Ross Fraser and Ralph Fullerton.
She is survived by: her children, Kirby, Don, Todd Carruthers (Crystal), Cathy Dalziel (John) and Terry Higgins (Steven); her grandchildren, Kate, Jen, Derek, Evan and Ryan; and her great grandchildren, Piper, Callum and Lena.
In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to the Margaret's House, Souls Harbour, or a food bank of your choice.
