Family and friends must say goodbye to their beloved Victor Austin Debaie (Dartmouth, Nova Scotia), who passed away at the age of 72, on September 16, 2025. He was predeceased by: his parents, Austin DeBaie and Jean DeBaie (Dodman); his brother Vincent; his foster parents, Bill Arnold and Marnie Arnold; and his foster siblings, Paul, David Arnold and Avis Baker.

He is survived by: the mother of his children Maretious "MeMe" Fraser; his children, Lisa Fougere (Stephen) and Victor DeBaie (Daphnee Harrar); his grandchildren, Marciea, Morgan, Austin and Finn; his siblings, Ernie DeBaie (Sylvia), Allen DeBaie, Valerie (Terry) and Verna; his sister-in-law Nancy; and his family, Richard (Gail), George (Bernice), Eddie (Darlene), Dennis (Sheila), Shirley (Marshal), Carol (Doug), Pat and Tammy. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.

A celebration of life was held on Tuesday, September 23rd 2025 from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Atlantic Funeral Home - Dartmouth (771 Main St, Dartmouth, NS B2W3T9).
